I watched the video and read the names and there were no distinctive names on the list I recognized. I typed Krugman and Mankiw in on my search bar, but neither of them showed up. These people on the list are pretty smart economists even if they are not all world known. One man in the video went to Tufts University and another in the list went to Harvard. These economists understand what is going on right now on Occupy Wall Street and stand up with the protesters.
By the way, I do not know if my answer is what you are looking for but I will definitely ask you about this on Monday,
I watched the video and read the names, but I didn't recognize any of the names. The list showed that all those economists who are supporting occupy wallstreet, almost all went to well known schools, and majored in economics. These economists support the 99% instead of the upper 1% because they believe that everyone should have "clean air, clean water, and a safe environment, which is a basic human right, not a privileged or commodity" (James Boyce).
I watched the video and read the list of names. Like Rebecca and Victoria, I couldn't recognize any of the names. I tried to look for Krugman, Mankiw, and even Ms. Meachum's name. There are some definitely smart people on the list. It shows that the people who know what is really going on is supporting the idea of occupying Wall Street and stand up for the social justice.
I watched the video and scrolled through the names of the mentioned economists. I did not recognize any specific names, but these economists come from well-known institutions. The video clearly pointed out that these economists have the general population's interests and well-being as first priority. The economists in the video definitely understand why the Occupy Wall Street movement is taking place.
I watched the video and perused the names but I could not recognize any of the economists. I even attempted to Google a few who were from prestigious universities but I did not learn much about them. However, I do know that these people support the Occupy Wall Street movement. They seem to think that it is beneficial for this protest to occur. I agree with them, despite knowing who they are...
I was unable to recognize an of the economists' names from the list provided. The video although did provide some insight to what exactly they are promoting and fighting for when it relates the OWS movement. The only relatable thing I recognized from a couple names were the universities they belonged to.
Though I looked at the list and watched the video, I did not recognize any of the names. The video did point out that the people on the list were supporting the occupy wall street movement. I did recognize some of the universities that the economist on the list went to.
Listening to the video, i was unable to recognize any of the names i heard but i learned what they stood for and they were in support the Occupy Wall Street movement.
I saw the video which was clearly pro "Occupy Wall Street", and a skimmed over the list of names but I was unable to recognize any of the names. i did notice however that there was a large number of economists involved, hinting towards some truth.
I didn't recognize any names on the list -- I think it's important that people realize the issues the "99 percent" face, and which ones are truly caused by the men and women on Wall Street. A lot of people can identify with the 99 percent, but that doesn't mean 100% of them are right.
